How ultrasounds act ?
High frequency current from power oscillator is supplying to ultrasounds converter. Two piezoceramic plates are of converter's work elements. Converter is wrestled to bottom or wall of the tank and causes the vibrations, which are transmited to the liquid. Cavitation is possible to observe. It causes that all foluting molecules are breaking off from cleaning details.
Advantages of ultrasonic cleaning
Ultrasionic cleaning systems achieve extremely high standards of cleanliness in fraction of the time required to achieve the same results with other conventional methodes, such as hand cleaning, spray washing or similar mechanical means. It efficently removes contaminans including polishing and lapping compounds, grinding abrasives, cutting oils and sward or fluxes and general enviromental contaminans. Although cavitation produces by ultrasonic waves is through, it will not damage delicate or intricate mechanism. The process required a minimum of supervisory labour and this may be unskilled. Multi- stage ultrasonic cleaning systems are designed for use with solvents or aqueos solutions and may be readily incorporated into mass production lines including automatic handling factilities.
