Spray-on-ultrasound cleaners

The device is designed with cleaning of complex-shaped details in mind. The process is fully configurable and may be composed of several stages: pressure washing, ultrasound cleaning, pressure or ultrasound rinsing (or several rinsing cycles) and drying (with the option of vacuum drying). Immersion cleaning offers the ability to adjust the immersion level (half basket, entire basket). Together with rotation or swivelling of the basket, it is possible to clean the details down to the tiniest spaces. An advanced filtration and degreasing system for the bath significantly increases bath life.

The device is able to achieve very high detail cleanliness. Achievable cleanliness per ISO 16232 and VDA 19.1.

The visual representation of process data on the operator panel ensures total control of the process. The device allows observation (installed peep hole and chamber lighting) and modification of the basket rotation speed, temperature and pressure inside the chambers, as well as the filter wear level.

The distribution of connectors, control units, etc., is negotiated with the Principal. The ergonomic, well thought-out structure of the machine ensures easy access to all device components, facilitating quick and simple servicing if needed.
